Chevron Parking Lot Stencil
This is our Chevron Parking Lot Stencil for the Bicycle Stencil Federal Style. It is manufactured according to Federal Specifications. The Chevrons measure 40″ wide x 30″ tall…each. The “brush stroke” is 4″. The two are spaced 4″ apart.
If you need to lay out and spray both the Bicycle Stencil Federal Style and this Chevron Parking Lot Stencil, most drawings show an overall, combined height of 111″. We’ve installed (2) small slots just to the outsides of the handle bars. I lay the Bicycle Stencil where it belongs and I make a mark inside the slots and I outline some of the Bicycle Stencil perimeter. Spray the bicycle. Move the stencil. I use the marks to locate the Chevron Stencil. ( I still measured ! )

Our stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use.
I’ve been striping parking lots for (28) years and all of my own, personal stencils are the 125 Mil thickness = 1/8″ thick material but, for occasional use, our 60 Mil = 1/16″ thick material will serve you well. Try not to buy anything thinner than 60 Mil. ( .060″ = 1/16″ ) Anything thinner tends to be flimsy / flutter and may be overpriced.
