We manufacture (2) material thicknesses: 125 Mil = 1/8″ thick and 60 Mil = 1/16″ thick. Choose 125 Mil for professional use. Choose the 60 Mil thickness, for occasional use. I’ve been striping parking lots, streets and floors for (28) years. All of my own, personal stencils, which are hanging on my shop wall, are the thicker 125 Mil material. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil material will serve you well.
