TESTING AREA Parking Lot Stencil
This is our TESTING AREA Parking Lot Stencil. This is a (1) piece stencil. Sizes available are 12″ letters “stacked” and 18″ letters Stacked. Proper width, spacing and brush stroke, of the letters, makes it easy to read from a distance and “at speed”. Our “Edge Distances” are also bigger than most. Our stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use. Try not to buy anything thinner than 60 Mil material. I’ve been striping parking lots for (29) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils, which are hanging on my shop wall, are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well.

Notes…The speed and distance of traffic can help determine the letter size. If your traffic is moving at 4 MPH and the stencil is 30 feet away, perhaps the 12″ letter height would be fine. If however, traffic is moving at 9 MPH and 30 yards away, perhaps the 18″ letter height would be a better choice. Again, I hope I helped some. Thanks again.
