SAFEWAY Online Orders Car Stencil
This is our SAFEWAY Online Orders Car Stencil. The CAR measures 24″ Tall X 26″ Wide. The circle is a 42″ outside dimension. Next…the FONT ( for Online Orders ) is the correct FONT and is available in (2) sizes. We offer a version using a 10″ Tall capital letter “O”. That wording spans 90″. We also offer a version using an 8″ capital letter “O”. That wording spans 78″. ( Parking Lot Stalls measure 9′ wide = 108″. ) The wording uses both upper and lower case lettering. While I always offer; “Proper Width, Spacing and “Brush Stroke” of the letters, make it easy to read at a distance and at speed”…this style is per drawing. Our “Edge Distances” are bigger than most. It’s not just about over spray protection, it’s about strength.
Stencils
All stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 Mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use. Try not to buy anything thinner than 60 Mil. It tends to be flimsy / flutter and may be overpriced. I’ve been striping parking lots for (30) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well.

Notes…if you’re spraying a few stalls, I always snap a chalk line along the bottom of all stalls. Use this as a guide. All your stencils will then be lined up and straight.
