Order Pickup Parking Lot Stencil
This is our Order Pickup Parking Lot Stencil. This is a (1) piece or (2) piece stencil. The capital letters, in the (1) piece version measure 12″ tall. The width of Pickup here, measures 40″ left to right. I wouldn’t suggest anything smaller. 12″ height is the normal. This size is easily seen, easy to read, from a distance while driving. The (2) piece version is just that; Order and Pickup. The capital letters here, measure 18″ tall. The width here is 60″. Since normal stalls are 108″ wide, I “Stack” these (2) stencils, just like in the (1) piece version, (1) above the other, to fit within a stall. Proper spacing, and Brush Stroke, of the letters, makes this easy to read from a distance and “at speed”. Our “Edge Distances” are bigger than most. Stencils…
Our stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use. Try not to buy anything thinner. It tends to flutter and is probably over priced.
I’ve been striping parking lots for (29) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well.
