Sizes range from letters that are 12″ Tall…up to letters that are 36″ Tall. Proper width, spacing and brush stroke of the letters, makes it easy to read from a distance while driving. Our stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use.
I’ve been striping parking lots for (29) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well. Try not to buy anything thinner. It tends to be flimsy / flutter and may be overpriced. To learn more; Click HERE To Read Our Blog.
