This is our BUMP Parking Lot Stencil. Sizes in this particular listing range from 12″ letter heights to 36″ heights. These are (1) piece “Worded Stencils”. Proper width, spacing and brush stroke, of the letters, makes it easy to read from a distance while driving. Nothing squished. Our “Edge Distances” are also bigger than most. It’s not just about over spray protection, it’s about strength.
Our stencils are manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ). LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 Mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use. Try not to buy anything thinner. Those tend to be flimsy / flutter and may be overpriced. I’ve been striping parking lots for (29) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well.
